A. A common catchprase in the real estate industry is to refer to its "seasonality." There are times throughout the year when the wind of commissionable opportunities is stronger than others, such as the months between April and September. However, without the right preparedness, it doesn't matter how strong the wind blows if you don't know how to harness it properly. A good company can help its agents make more money during January than a bad company's agents can make during June.

A better concept to observe than seasonality is "cyclicality." There is cyclicality every month of the year.
